My aim here is to express equality, that Latino/as just as much as Anglo Americans, African Americans, Korean Americans and so on have the right to know where they come from and who they are. We all have the right to be acknowledged as a people who have suffered, sacrificed, served and succeeded. This is my attempt at breaking the boundaries of historical oppression and marginalization.
